1. How to order?– Select the product that you want to order, then click the “Add to Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.– We will prepare your order and let you know when it arrives!

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

– Processing time: 1-2 business days.
– Shipping time: 5-10 business days for the US and 6-18 business days for the rest of the world.

3. My order ID is not working?

– Order IDs may take 3-5 days to appear in the carrier’s system. Sometimes, the carrier may lose the order. If the order ID still does not work for several days, please contact the carrier.

4. I did not receive my order?

– If for any reason your item does not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a full refund for the item. If your order is missing, please let us know at [email protected]. We will investigate (usually takes 3-5 business days) and send you another notice once we have a conclusion.
